Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing based on governing documents and the school's commitments. Evaluating your work, actively working to create an accessible learning environment to meet students' needs, finding strategies to reach every student, and strengthening them in both academic and personal development is an important part of your role. You participate in evaluating and developing the school's activities based on knowledge, science, and current research.
