Part of the position also involves working with a colleague to increase student influence through responsibility for the student council.\n\nYour workplace\n\nFolkungaskolan is a combined primary and secondary school with approximately 1,500 students and about 170 teachers. The school is located in central Link\u00f6ping within convenient walking distance of the city center. The mix of students from both primary and secondary school makes Folkungaskolan unique, not only in Link\u00f6ping, but throughout the country.\n\nFolkungaskolan's grades 7-9 consist of seven parallel classes with approximately 630 students total, where all students follow a profile or specialization. The school has three different profiles: Dance, choir, and art and design. The school also offers three different specializations: Future-oriented, music production, and home and consumer studies.\n\nAs a teacher at Folkungaskolan, you collaborate with subject colleagues on planning, instruction, and assessment. Secondly, we are looking for you with completed teacher education for grades 7-9. Alternatively, you are near the end of your teacher training for grades 7-9. It is a merit if you are authorized to teach Swedish as a second language in grades 7-9.\n\nYou must have experience working in curriculum-based schools through practical training or as an employee.
