We shall, in cooperation with families, promote students' all-round personal development into active, creative, competent, and responsible individuals and citizens.\n\nAt Lindbladsskolan, the pedagogical staff are currently divided into 3 teams. The overarching development and planning work takes place in our teams and during joint time in the pedagogical forum, where we work together on systematic quality work at Lindbladsskolan.\n\nWe are now seeking you as an elementary school teacher for grades 1-6 at Lindbladsskolan.\n\nIn your work as a teacher at Lindbladsskolan, based on the established goals, you shall work to ensure that students achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially. You shall also actively influence and encourage students to achieve the school's subject goals. In your work, you create instruction that, based on the teacher's interpretation and understanding, meets the requirements in the School Act, curriculum, course plans, and subject plans.\n\nYou shall be relational in your approach to students, colleagues, and parents, subject-knowledgeable, mentor students, plan and conduct instruction, and assess knowledge development. You shall be confident and comfortable working as part of a team with other colleagues, where emphasis is placed on your student engagement. You shall actively participate in the school's development work and have previously been active in primary school operations.
