You will be an important part of a team around a grade level where you together create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment with high expectations for all students.\n\nThe assignment includes following students' knowledge development, early identification of support needs, and working together with colleagues to plan and implement relevant interventions. You actively work with students' reading, writing, and math development as well as creating motivation, participation, and confidence in their own abilities.\n\nYou work closely with colleagues, after-school programs, student support services, and guardians.
