In addition to planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction, you will work together with colleagues in your work team to develop the school based on our prioritized development areas. Right now, we are focusing on developing structures for cooperative learning to increase participation and influence in instruction. Through the RTI method (Response To Intervention), we intentionally work with early interventions in reading development and plan to expand this approach to mathematics as well.
