The assignment involves working closely with one student with extensive needs for pedagogical and social support during most of the school day.\nYou are responsible for planning, implementing and adapting instruction based on the student's individual needs. A large part of the work involves explaining, structuring and concretizing instruction so that the student can develop in all subjects. You serve as a support in learning by helping the student understand tasks, maintain focus and develop strategies to succeed in school.\nAn important part of the assignment is to work on language development and strengthen the student's Swedish, while you support the student in other subjects.
