Together with your colleagues, you will create the conditions for students' knowledge development to reach curriculum goals. You will plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical work and work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. You will take responsibility for systematically documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' development. You will contribute to collaborative learning and pedagogical work and develop instruction for higher goal achievement.
