You work both during school hours and in the after-school program's activities, where you together with colleagues create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment that promotes students' development, creativity, and social interaction.\n\nThe assignment includes planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on teaching and activities that help develop an activity that sparks curiosity, desire to learn, and joy of movement.\n\nAs part of our team, you actively work to ensure that each student feels safe, involved, and inspired to develop according to their capabilities. You collaborate closely with colleagues, students, and guardians to create the best conditions for students' learning and well-being.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTeacher in After-School Program\n\nEducated Teacher in After-School Program or other pedagogical university education assessed as equivalent.\n\nYou have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect.
