You are responsible for ensuring that the program is varied in terms of both guided and free activities, and that various materials and learning environments are offered and used to stimulate students' desire to play and learn. You thus have primary responsibility for ensuring that teaching in after-school care is goal-oriented.\nYou work to promote students' social development and at the same time work practically to ensure that students reach the knowledge goals; you see this as a natural part of daily operations. Your responsibilities include planning and leading recess activities for students from preschool class through grade 6, as well as working as a resource in the classroom.
