You actively work to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where each student has the opportunity to develop based on their abilities.\n\nThe position also includes teaching physical education to preschool class students.\n\nA central part of the role is to inspire, motivate, and support students' learning and social development through creative, meaningful, and educational activities. You contribute to creating good conditions for students' participation, well-being, and knowledge development throughout the day.\n\nTo succeed in the role, you have good knowledge of the afterschool program's governing documents and work systematically with documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of activities. You are engaged in the school's development and quality work and see the value of continuously developing the activities together with colleagues to meet students' needs and strengthen goal achievement.\n\nWe value a collegial working approach where cooperation, flexibility, and shared responsibility are natural parts of everyday work.
