With approximately 165 students and one class in each grade level (F\u20136), we have an atmosphere where closeness and relationships are central. Our after-school program is led by a lead teacher in the after-school program and a team leader and consists of two units where we work in age-integrated groups.\nAbout You\nFirst and foremost, we are looking for you who have teaching certification with authorization in the after-school program. Second, we are looking for you with a diploma or completed education as a teacher in an after-school program. Alternatively, you are nearing the end of your education as a teacher in the after-school program.\nIt is a requirement that you have experience as a teacher in curriculum-based after-school programs, through practice or as an employee. It is a merit if you have worked as a teacher in an after-school program for at least one school year.\nIn your role as a teacher in the after-school program, you have good knowledge of the school's mission and are well familiar with the curriculum (Lgr22) and other governing documents. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. This is because, according to the curriculum (Lgr22), you should organize and conduct the work so that the student receives support in their language and communication development. You are responsible for ensuring that each student can use the Swedish language in a rich and nuanced way.\nAs a teacher in the after-school program, you are a good role model.
