The role includes mentorship together with a mentor colleague for a class of students. In your role, you will also be part of a work team where we work together to develop instruction and plan and follow up on work based on the curriculum and the goals of the municipality and the organization.\n\nWe allocate time and resources for collegial learning that takes place both in subject teams and in work teams. We work to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the teaching group. This means providing students with individual support based on their conditions and needs, and creating motivation through meaningful learning and entrepreneurship.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for you who are a certified teacher in one of the subjects mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology.
