You are responsible for planning and conducting instruction according to current curriculum guidelines and continuously evaluating your own teaching. You are involved in driving and developing our natural sciences program together with committed colleagues. You participate in the subject team to further develop subject instruction. \nAbout you\nWe are looking for you who have completed teacher training with certification to teach mathematics and physics at the upper secondary level. Previous teaching experience, preferably within upper secondary school, is a merit, as is experience in leading young people for the purpose of teaching them something. \nAs a person, you have good pedagogical insight and the ability to motivate and inspire learning. You take responsibility for your own work and work in a structured way to move forward in your own planning and teaching. You see the importance of building good relationships with students in order to motivate learning. You are a natural leader in the classroom and have good ability to collaborate with others. As a person, you contribute to a positive and developed work environment together with your colleagues. \nAbout our school\nBrinellgymnasiet is located in N\u00e4ssj\u00f6 and is one of five schools within H\u00f6glandsgymnasiet. Together we improve expertise, raise quality and give upper secondary students even better conditions to succeed.\nAt Brinellgymnasiet we have approximately 200 employees and approximately 1100 students. We offer 14 national programs and have a national sports gymnasium in bowling, national sports education in bandy and basketball, and local sports education in basketball, soccer and ice hockey.\nOur principles are respect, responsibility, knowledge and well-being.
