Together we create a safe and structured environment where students receive the support they need to develop.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nYou teach mathematics and all science subjects. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction according to applicable curriculum documents. The work is characterized by flexibility and a relational approach where you adapt both instruction and interactions, as well as content, to each student's circumstances and daily needs. The goal is for students to progress as far as possible in their studies, but equally important is contributing to increased self-esteem, motivation, and hope for the future.\n\nYou will also serve as a mentor for a small number of students and work closely with guardians, student health services, and external actors such as social services, child and adolescent psychiatry, and habilitation services. The role also includes leading motivating activities with students outside the classroom, such as study visits and outdoor activities. You also actively participate in the organization's improvement and development work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou are a certified teacher with authorization to teach mathematics, at minimum in grades 6-9, and in at least one science subject. You have several years of experience teaching mathematics and have worked with young people who need comprehensive support to succeed in school.
