The assignment also includes assessment and grading.\n\nYou create instruction where students are given the opportunity to develop their knowledge based on their different conditions. You work systematically with clear goals, progression, and follow-up, and help students understand both what they should learn and how they can develop further.\n\nIn mathematics instruction, you work to develop students' understanding, problem-solving ability, and confidence in their own mathematical ability. You have the ability to meet students who have progressed to different levels in their knowledge development and can both support and challenge them in instruction.\n\nIn technology instruction, you create opportunities for students to develop their ability to identify and solve problems, test and reconsider ideas, carry out construction work, and develop understanding of technical solutions and systems.\n\nThe position may include mentoring.
