You will also work together with a colleague as a mentor in one of our classes. In your mentor role, you are expected to take significant responsibility for students' social situation and knowledge development. You are part of one of the school's work teams where collegial learning is the focus and collaboration between teachers in work and subject teams is a basic requirement. As a teacher at Hammarlunden School, you are expected to play an active role in student health work of a promoting and preventive nature with focus on accessible learning environments of physical, pedagogical, and social nature as well as work with school attendance.\n\nYour teaching is characterized by a language and knowledge development approach and you see all students' opportunity for support and stimulation in teaching as a matter of course.
