The position will be for the entire school year and is approximately 40-60%.\n\nAs a teacher with us, you'll be part of building and shaping the program, which is now in its second year.\n\nYou create conditions for learning and guide students based on a given educational concept and the program's educational objectives. You plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction, guide students, and prepare them for internships, future professional life, and lifelong learning. Through our educational concept, you receive support in your teaching, while having great freedom to create inspiring and developmental learning situations.\n\nTogether you create an attractive school that gives students excellent conditions for active learning.\n\nBeyond teaching, you collaborate with our internship placements and help students prepare for their practical training in year 2. You work continuously with assessing goal achievement and, together with a mentor, communicate this to the student. You participate in subject team work, work team collaboration, and are expected to cooperate with colleagues.
