You use special education methods to plan, prepare, and deliver instruction, supporting students based on their specific difficulties. You carry out and document your work to guide your students toward increased understanding of their learning process. You have strong commitment to school matters, love working with children, and easily build relationships with them and their guardians. You are accustomed to meeting demanding parents and can independently lead and facilitate meetings with guardians. You collaborate easily with others and have a positive and constructive approach to your role. You firmly believe that all students can succeed. You communicate effectively in both speech and writing, are clear yet respectful, and thereby build trust among educators, parents, and students.\nAs a Swedish and English teacher, you will be part of the school's team for grades 4-9.
