The position is based in the IB Program (International Baccalaureate), where you will become part of an engaged and collegial team. In your role, you plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction in Italian and Swedish, primarily the courses Swedish A and Swedish Level 1.\nBeyond teaching, an important responsibility includes serving as a mentor for a class, which means you support and guide students in their studies and development. The position may also include providing homework and study help to give students additional support in their learning.\nThe position is a temporary substitute position during the autumn term 2026, with start date as soon as possible and lasting through December 31, 2026, with possible opportunity for extension.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a confident and pedagogical teacher who is comfortable in an international upper secondary school environment. You have a teacher certification with upper secondary level qualifications in the relevant subjects. Since daily work and communication within the IB program is conducted largely in English, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the English language.\nIt is highly meritorious if you have previous experience teaching within the IB program and are familiar with courses such as Swedish A.
