You have a strong ability to create a sense of safety and build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. You believe in every student's capacity to learn and use student-centered methods that advance their development. It is important to you that students are involved and have influence over planning and their own learning. You are organized and communicate clearly with students and parents. Developing your teaching practice together with your colleagues is a given for you. Through self-reflection and feedback from colleagues, students, and parents, you continuously develop your strong leadership skills. Mentoring is included in this role.\nThe position is permanent with a start date to be agreed upon.
