You evaluate and develop pedagogical work based on the school's governing documents, the student's needs and abilities, both individually and together with your team. You conduct well-tested, creative teaching and find strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal development.\nIn this role, you collaborate with other school staff to create a good teaching and work environment for both students and staff, and actively participate in the school's development work.\nThis position can be combined with a lead teacher role. Lead teachers guide collegial learning and promote equitable teaching within and between schools in the municipality. The role includes planning, implementing and evaluating development work.
