We call it team teaching. In your role as a team teacher, you create the conditions for learning and guide students toward the goals of our school. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction together with your team teaching colleague. You will participate in development work, team collaboration, and are expected to cooperate with colleagues in various ways. You and your team teaching colleague work with one grade level instead of several and follow them through interdisciplinary work. This way, you build stronger relationships and a more secure interaction.\n\nThe interdisciplinary work is based on assignments built according to LGR22, which provides a supportive framework for equity and quality. The assignments, in turn, contain clear elements of cooperative and value-creating learning.
