You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. You are responsible for planning and leading instruction in accordance with the plans provided by the regular teacher.\n\nYour Qualifications\n\nCompleted upper secondary diploma or equivalent.\n\n\nPrevious work experience in primary school\/secondary school.\n\n\nYou must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being scheduled for shifts the same morning.\n\n\nTo succeed in the role of substitute teacher, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a positive role model.
