The clinic's mission includes psychiatric acute care, diagnostics, and treatment. A central task is conducting psychiatric assessments of patients referred from other healthcare providers\/organizations. This includes, in some cases, referring patients to the appropriate level of care within the region. We offer care in the form of medication, investigation, curative interventions, and psychological treatment. The Acute Care and Assessment Clinic has multiprofessional teams consisting of nurses, registered nurses, social workers, psychologists, and physicians.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK DUTIES\nAs a psychologist with us, you will contribute knowledge and commitment that make people feel secure.\n\nAs a psychologist at the Psychiatric Acute Care and Assessment Clinic, your main responsibility will be conducting general psychiatric baseline assessments with new adult psychiatry patients. Assessments are conducted in a structured manner with a focus on initial diagnostics and assessment of level of care needed. Work with neuropsychiatric investigations also occurs, conducted according to the clinic's procedures. In your work, you will have good support from the professional team at the clinic.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nLicensed psychologist with experience working in psychiatric care or equivalent activities.
