We work according to the nutrition care process, which includes assessment, investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of nutrition-related problems and documentation according to NCP. The work also includes assessing the need for and prescribing nutritional supplements.\r\n\r\nThe work is varied and you will meet patients of different ages. Patient contacts can be individual at the clinic, via remote visits, or as group education. Dietitians may work as part of a team with other professionals at the health center for lifestyle-related conditions. Patient education for health center staff and collaboration with child health services are part of the role, as well as cooperation with municipal home care staff regarding patients with nutrition problems.\r\n\r\nYour Qualifications\r\nWe are looking for a licensed dietitian, preferably with experience working in primary care. Strong Swedish language skills are required, both verbal and written.\r\nYou should have an interest in working with the whole patient in collaboration with other professions, while bringing your nutrition expertise.
