We work according to the nutrition care process, which involves assessment, investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of nutrition-related problems and documentation according to NCP. The work also includes assessing the need for and prescribing nutritional supplements.\r\n   \r\nThe work is varied and you will meet patients of different ages. Patient contacts can take place individually at the clinic, in the form of remote visits, or as group education. A dietitian can be part of a team with other professionals at the health center for, for example, lifestyle-related diagnoses. Education for the health center's staff and collaboration with child health services are part of the assignment, as well as cooperation with staff in municipal home care regarding patients with nutrition problems.\r\n\r\nYour Competence\r\nWe are looking for you who are a registered dietitian, preferably with experience working in primary care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written.\r\nYou should have an interest in working with the patient's overall well-being together with other professional categories, while bringing your nutrition expertise.
