You have overall rehabilitation responsibility together with the occupational therapist. You perform assessments, training, evaluation and follow-up, as well as prescription and monitoring of technical aids based on the physiotherapist's prescribing authority. Your work also includes informing, instructing, and guiding staff, patients, and family members regarding rehabilitative and preventive measures.\nClose collaboration occurs with other professions, teamwork, and work with hospital discharges and planning based on \"My Plans\" when patients are being discharged from inpatient care.\nWeekend work may occur on certain weekends and holidays, involving monitoring of patients admitted to the hospital who may be discharged over the weekend.\nDocumentation is done in the Lifecare management system.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist.
