You become part of our consultant team while also being part of the client's operations, and we're always there to support you throughout the assignment.\n\nToday we work with both small and large companies in Pharma and Medtech, with development and manufacturing in Uppsala. As a consultant at Mpya Sci & Tech, you get a secure employment, favorable terms, and exciting assignments where you both develop and are challenged.\n\nBased on your experience and interests, you'll be matched to assignments in areas such as:\n\nQA \u2013 Quality assurance, deviation management, and quality documentation.\nAnalytical Development \u2013 method development, method validation, CMC, Tech Transfer, chromatography, and\/or bioanalysis.\nProcess Development \u2013 process optimization, process validation, deviation investigation, and Change Control.\nValidation\/Qualification \u2013 process, equipment, and computerized systems (IQ\/OQ\/PQ, CSV).\n\nYou don't necessarily need experience in all areas \u2013 if you have specialized expertise in one or more, we're interested in you. We'll match you to assignments that fit your profile and support you in what drives you forward.\n\nWho Are You?\n\nYou thrive in environments where structure and quality are in focus, but where there's also room for flexibility, collaboration, and finding solutions together.\n\nYou're used to working in regulated operations and feel confident taking responsibility, driving your work, and quickly getting up to speed in new contexts. At the same time, you're communicative, curious, and build trust through a professional and unpretentious approach.\n\nWe'd like to see that you have:\n\nRelevant academic education in Life Science (e.g., pharmacy, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, etc.)\nSeveral years of experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in one or more of the areas mentioned above.\nPractical experience working in a GMP- and\/or ISO13485-regulated environment.\nFluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\nExperience in project management and coordinating roles is a plus.\n\nStrong Team Unity and a Learning Culture\n\nWith us, you become part of a community.
