You will help shape key decisions on study design, site selection, recruitment forecasting, and retention planning, ensuring that local insight translates into strong, realistic study plans.\nYou will also play an important role in local study delivery, leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure studies are progressed in line with timelines, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.\nYou will work closely with colleagues across Feasibility, Global Project Teams, Medical Affairs, Site Management & Monitoring, Site Partnerships, Patient Operations, and Study Management, as well as with investigators and site personnel externally.
