The unit has overall responsibility for identifying, planning and coordinating the operations' needs for premises, facilities and housing. The Facilities Supply Unit is part of the City Executive Office's finance department and currently consists of one unit manager, three facilities strategists and two local coordinators.\n\nDuties\nAs a local coordinator, you will work together with the facilities strategists to support the municipality's operations within facilities supply and you will collaborate, among others, with the municipality's companies for operational properties. The role involves leading and coordinating needs assessments linked to facilities projects, you are also responsible for decision-making procedures as well as ordering and monitoring these projects. Furthermore, you participate in drawing up lease agreements and boundary lists and cooperate with operations on various facilities and property matters.
