You work with interior maintenance of our properties and contribute to creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained environments.\nYour work tasks include:\nCleaning of gyms, changing rooms, saunas, dining halls, and kitchens\nCleaning and maintenance of office spaces\nOngoing maintenance of common areas\n\nThe work is independent and gives you great freedom to plan and structure your days.\nWorking hours weekdays between 07:00-16:00\nAs a facilities custodian at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those working closest to the customer. The work is varied and social.\nYou contribute with your expertise and commitment\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with a team, and who communicates easily both within the group and with customers.\nYou have at least upper secondary education and at least one year of experience in facilities maintenance. It is advantageous if you have facilities maintenance training such as SRY or PRYL and should include knowledge of appropriate methods, cleaning materials, and chemical products as well as minimization of damage risk. Since the computer is a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we would like you to have some computer skills and be able to handle the computer at work. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.\nAs a person, you are thorough, quality-conscious, and can structure your work efficiently.
