Your immediate supervisor is the HR manager.\r\n\r\n1 position(s).\r\n\r\nJOB DUTIES\r\nAs a payroll manager, you are responsible for the municipality's payroll unit and lead a team consisting of payroll administrators, system managers, and payroll coordinators. You have personnel, operational, and budget responsibility and are part of the HR department, where you report to the HR manager.\n\n\nThe payroll unit is responsible for salary payments, system management, support to operations, and training and advice within the payroll area. As a payroll manager, you have overall responsibility for the payroll process. This covers salary and compensation for approximately 4,000 employees, elected representatives, and contractors.\n\n \nAn important part of the assignment is to continue developing the unit and strengthen support to the operations.
