Together we are responsible for the payroll process \u2013 from registration and preparation to verification, payment, and follow-up. You ensure quality and efficiency in payroll work, make employment law interpretations, analyze and process statistical data. You will also be involved in mapping and developing our existing processes with a focus on costs, risks, and efficiency. An important part of the role is to drive development, optimization, and digitalization of payroll processes. In this way, you contribute to smarter working methods, higher quality, and an even better delivery. As one of three payroll administrators, you are part of the Payroll Department and report to the Payroll Manager. Collaboration within the group is an important part of the work.
