The role combines qualified operational payroll work with the opportunity to influence and develop the payroll function. On Via is facing procurement and implementation of new systems, which means you will have an important role in developing systems, routines and working methods.\nYou report directly to the CFO and will be part of a finance department where you will have close collaboration with colleagues in accounting and finance.\nYour main areas of responsibility:\nResponsible for and work with the entire payroll process from start to finish for approximately 400 employees.\nQuality assure payroll payments and carry out reconciliations\nEnsure correct payroll handling in accordance with laws, regulations and collective agreements\nHandle matters related to, for example, vacation, sick leave, pensions and employer contributions\nProvide support and service on payroll matters to managers and employees\nPrepare reports and documentation in the payroll area\nDevelop and document routines and processes within the payroll function\nIdentify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient ways of working.\n\nYou report directly to the CFO and the placement location is Kalmar.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified payroll work who wants to take the next step in a role where you get the opportunity to work operationally and help develop the payroll function.\nWe would like to see that you have:\nRelevant post-secondary education in payroll, accounting and\/or HR administration\nSeveral years of experience in qualified payroll work\nGood knowledge of Swedish payroll management\nExperience with collective agreements, particularly Unionen\nGood system skills and interest in system-related matters\nExperience of or interest in process and routine development\nGood knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.\n\nExperience with system changes or implementation of payroll systems is a merit.\nAs a person, you are thorough, structured and responsible.
