Here you'll have the opportunity to influence both how we develop solutions and what technical and architectural decisions we make over time.\nAs a Solutions Architect, you are responsible for, among other things:\nanalyzing business needs and translating them into coherent solutions\ndeveloping and visualizing architecture models that describe the solution from different perspectives such as business, information, and technology\ninvestigating alternatives, consequences, and risks, and anchoring recommended approaches\nensuring that solutions comply with the region's architecture principles, strategies, and guidelines\nsupporting development projects so they deliver according to objectives and architecture\ntaking responsibility for long-term viability, lifecycle, and maintainability in solution design\nserving as a natural bridge between business functional needs and technical implementation\n\nYou work closely with business representatives, project managers, development teams, other architects, and external suppliers.\nWe offer a flexible way of working where you can work remotely for much of the time, while also participating on-site in Karlskrona when needed for collaboration, workshops, and meetings.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who has:\na higher education degree in IT or other relevant education and\/or experience deemed equivalent\nseveral years of experience working as a solutions architect, systems architect, or in a similar role\nstrong ability to work in a structured, analytical, and model-based manner\nexperience developing architecture and design decisions in complex environments\nunderstanding of the interplay between business, information, and technology\na coaching and communicative working style that builds trust and alignment\n\nIt is meritorious if you have experience with:\npublic sector operations or mission-critical systems\nleading or coordinating roles in development initiatives\nwork with integrations, information architecture, or cloud-based solutions\n\nSince Swedish is Region Blekinge's corporate language, you need to be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
