We have approximately 250 employees.\n\nYou will be placed in the Digital Infrastructure Department, which consists of three units, and you will join our team of architects.\n\nYour Assignment:\n\nAs a solutions architect, your role is to ensure that selected digital platforms and internal administrative systems are developed so that the components work together and the whole functions as intended. The role is technically focused but also requires an understanding of the organization's goals, processes, and information to find the balance between important values so that technology choices provide real benefit.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTarget Architecture \u2013 develop a target architecture describing the desired future state of the digital workplace, including its services, information, and integrations that support employees' daily work and the organization's administrative processes.\n\nTranslating needs into technical solutions \u2013 work closely with the organization to translate requirements into architecture and design so that employees can focus on their work, not on administration or technology.\n\nSupporting development teams \u2013 be an active resource to development teams throughout the development and implementation process, not just producing architecture documents.
