Within Meal Services, there are approximately 160 employees distributed across approximately 50 kitchens.\nIn each cooking kitchen, both chefs and meal assistants work. How many work in the kitchen depends on the kitchen's size and number of children. The number of portions prepared varies between 20 and 2,500 per day.\nMeal Services strives to prepare as much food as possible from scratch. Our main goal is for the food to taste good, be nutritious and contribute to good eating habits. The meal should also provide guests with an opportunity for a calm and pleasant moment during the day.\nLjungskileskolan is an F\u20136 school in Uddevalla with approximately 400 students. In the kitchen, you work together with two chefs and two meal assistants.
