To strengthen engineering execution, efficiency, and digital delivery, we are now looking for a Manager \u2013 Building Information Modeling (BIM) to lead and develop our Swedish BIM organization within HVDC Engineering. \nIn this role, you will lead a Swedish team of BIM specialists, combining people leadership, strategic development, and operational oversight. You will work closely with the Global Engineering Manager, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to shape the BIM Operations, standardize ways of working, and ensure the right capacity and competence for current and future business needs. \nThis role is based in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, Sweden. \n\n\nHow you'll make an impact\nLead, inspire, and develop the local BIM organization in Sweden, fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.  \nDrive employee growth and engagement through effective coaching, continuous feedback, performance development, and succession planning. \nSet clear goals, priorities, and expectations aligned with HVDC Engineering objectives and follow up on delivery and performance.  \nEnsure the team has the right competencies, capacity, and resources to support the growing HVDC project portfolio.  \nPromote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across the BIM community and wider engineering organization.  \nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention of BIM professionals to strengthen organizational capabilities.  \nCollaborate closely with global BIM leadership, project teams, engineering managers, and key stakeholders to align priorities and resource needs.  \nDrive continuous improvement of ways of working, processes, and team effectiveness.  \nSupport financial planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting for the local BIM organization. \n\nYour background\nProven experience leading and developing engineering, digital, or technical teams in a people management role. \nDemonstrated ability to coach, engage, and build high-performing teams in dynamic and evolving environments. \nStrong understanding of BIM, Digital Engineering, or engineering project delivery environments. \nExperience working in global and multicultural organizations \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nStrong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage people, priorities, and resources to achieve business goals. \nExperience with resource planning, workforce management, and organizational development. \nFluent in English; Swedish is considered an advantage. \n\nMore about us  \nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
