We value diverse perspectives and believe the best solutions emerge when people work together across functions and locations.\n\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the Sales & Operations Planning process across the business.\nCoordinate integrated planning between raw materials sourcing, production, sales, and logistics functions.\nManage the Control Tower and commercial planning systems to support end-to-end supply chain visibility.\nDevelop advanced scenario planning to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and operational alternatives.\nEnsure high-quality planning data, aligned assumptions, and robust decision-making processes.\nImprove supply chain planning processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization.\nSupport capability development within the matrix planning community through knowledge sharing and collaboration.\nMonitor logistics planning solutions and budgets while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring\nYou build trust through clear communication and create productive relationships across functions, locations, and areas of expertise.
