In your work you will meet people with physical, psychological and\/or neuropsychiatric functional disabilities. You will have a supporting role in developing the work based on each participant's needs in accordance with legislation and the facilities' goals.\nDaily activities is a measure under LSS 9:10 that is based on the individual's need and right to have meaningful occupation. The daily activities that exist in S\u00f6derk\u00f6ping Municipality have different orientations and the work tasks may therefore vary.\nThe short-term activities in S\u00f6derk\u00f6ping include both short-term supervision according to LSS 9:6 and short-term placement according to LSS 9:7. In this activity as well, the needs of the individuals in our care vary greatly from day to day, which means you need to be responsive and flexible.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with an educational support worker or nursing assistant education, or other education in the field that the employer considers relevant.
