The Resource Unit for Studies and Work (RESA) is a flexible unit that operates based on each individual's need for support and resources, with the goal of creating conditions for progression toward studies and\/or employment.\nThe role includes group and individual coaching, where you work based on the individual's circumstances, needs, and goals. In this position, you collaborate cross-professionally with teams, work groups, and external partners, with a focus on the individual's needs and circumstances.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education that the employer finds relevant for the position. It is advantageous if you have worked in the public sector, adult education, and\/or with labor market initiatives.
