The work is varied and meaningful and includes standard tasks within care and support. We have primary needs in dementia units, but there are also needs in some of our care units.\nIt is important that you have great respect for our elderly and that you see the person and their situation in every encounter. You will create valuable relationships with users and their relatives, and you meet people with different life stories.\nAs an employee with us, you get the chance to develop, create security for our users, and contribute to positive encounters. The work is based on good cooperation, both within your own work group but also with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.\nWork hours are according to a rotating schedule with shifts during day, evening, and weekends.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or are in the process of training, or alternatively you with experience within care and support. You have good computer skills and you master Swedish in speech and writing.
