You work closely with the operations and contribute to translating goals and development initiatives into concrete and sustainable methods in everyday practice. In your role, you are an important support to both unit managers and employees, while also helping to build a learning organization where service users' rights, participation, and self-determination are in focus.\n\nThe work involves identifying and analyzing development needs, driving and following up quality and development initiatives, and ensuring that working methods and procedures maintain high quality and are anchored in applicable legislation and governing documents. You coach and train employees in methodological matters and support managers in their method and quality work.\n\nYou lead and coordinate support pedagogue networks and collaborate with operations developers to ensure that development initiatives have real impact in the organization.
