Therefore, you need to be confident in your role, service-minded, and have a positive approach to the work and the people you meet. It is therefore important that you are comfortable in an outward-facing role and are able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You must have commitment to your tasks and the ability to independently plan, structure, and carry out your work.
