In this role, you will be part of a team that primarily works with supervision and maintenance of and around the properties. This means you and your team are responsible for keeping common areas clean and neat. The role requires you to be social and service-minded to maintain good relationships with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nExterior maintenance and cleaning of courtyard areas\n\n\nCaring for the property's common areas such as waste management, stairwells, basements, and laundry rooms\n\n\nSupervision of and around the properties\u2014ensuring everything is clean and neat\n\n\nMinor repairs of seating areas, playgrounds, garages, and parking areas\n\n\nYour Profile\nTo be a suitable candidate for this position, you must hold a B driver's license and we would prefer if you are living at one of Victoriahem's properties. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and self-driven in your daily work. You are good at building strong relationships, enjoy working outdoors, and are comfortable with physically demanding work at times. Experience and\/or education in the field is a merit, but not a requirement.
