You are responsible for teaching, assessment, planning, and implementation of pedagogical work connected to curriculum guidelines and students' individual needs.\n\nIn our unit, we place great emphasis on collaboration and joint planning across language boundaries. You will participate in our ongoing development work together with your colleagues. You also collaborate with staff at the schools. You serve as a bridge between the knowledge and experiences students bring with them and the school they encounter here. You are an important part of the school's values-based work.\n\nAll work is based on the unit's vision and the municipality's organizational philosophy: holistic perspective, commitment, and professionalism.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\nNative language instruction is a very important part of student language development and goal achievement. Ideally, you have a pedagogical education as your foundation. We also see that you have:\n\nVietnamese as your native language is a requirement.\nExperience with pedagogical work\nGood collaboration skills\nVery good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form\nGood computer skills\nA solution-focused approach\n\nIt is a merit to have Swedish teaching certification and experience with a language-developing teaching method. Although you can travel by public transportation between schools, we prefer that you have access to your own car. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. The position requires a certificate from the police criminal record register.\n\nAbout the Position\nThe position is fixed-term until 27\/06, but may be extended.
