You will work together with a young and motivated team that wants to improve every working week.\nResponsibilities as a Technician\nAs a Technician at S\u00c4VE Hyrmaskiner, you work in a tightly knit team consisting of depot manager, project manager, supervisor, technicians, and service technicians. The work involves assembling, disassembling, and moving machines related to our projects throughout southern Sweden.\nYou will work in the field on a daily basis and handle day-to-day contact with our customers on project sites.\nThis requires that you have strong competence and experience in communicating both with colleagues and customers. You must be passionate about service, quality, and development. You should be goal-oriented and have the mindset that you are never better than your last project.\nThe work you perform is varied and you will face new challenges every day. You must be solution-oriented.\n\n\nWe categorize the Technician's responsibilities in the following steps.\nResponsibilities as a Technician\nAt S\u00c4VE, you work in a team (2 people) and independently. This sets high demands on you as an employee as you must function well in a group and have the drive to work independently and make decisions.\nThe work you perform is varied and no two days are alike. The Technician's responsibilities can be categorized into three steps.\n1) Assembly of machines such as construction hoists and facade climbers. This work is often performed at great heights, which requires good physical fitness and the ability to handle heights.\n2) Perform preventive assembly measures at the service depot and plan assembly work together with your project manager\/supervisor to ensure that the machines are installed correctly and maintain the highest quality.\n3) Communicate and have dialogue with S\u00c4VE Hyrmaskiner customers on the work sites, where you have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and ability to solve various obstacles\/opportunities that may arise with the machines on the projects.\n\n\nQualifications\nYou who apply for this position should be interested in machinery and have vocational training or good experience with similar work tasks.
