We are now recruiting assemblers for our customer in Lessebo!\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nWe are looking for assemblers for our customer in Lessebo. You will work with the assembly of various types of attachments and equipment on trucks. It is practical and varied work where you get to use both your hands and your technical thinking.\nThe work involves assembling load exchangers, lifts, flatbeds, cranes, and other equipment on different truck chassis. You work from drawings and instructions and need to be able to understand how the different parts fit together to create a finished product.\nAn important part of the role is being able to plan your work and time effectively. You need to be able to see what needs to be done, stay ahead of the game, and at the same time have an overview of the whole picture. The work takes place in a team and you help each other to solve tasks and maintain a good pace throughout production.\n\nPERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS\n\nWe are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and mechanics and who has hands-on experience, either through work or in your spare time. You don't need to know everything from the start, but we would like to see that you have experience with practical work where you have used tools and solved technical problems.\nTo thrive in the role, we believe that you:\n\nHave experience with mechanical work or assembly\n\n\nCan read and understand drawings\n\n\nHave a technical interest and enjoy hands-on work\n\n\nCan see the big picture and understand how different parts fit together\n\n\nAre meticulous\n\n\nEnjoy working together with others\n\n\nCan take responsibility for your own tasks and drive them forward\n\n\nIt is a merit if you have experience with vehicles, industry, hydraulics, or vehicle electrical systems. Forklift and crane certificates as well as a truck driver's license are also merits.\nAbove all, we are looking for someone who wants to develop and sees the work long-term. You need to have the right attitude, be curious, and want to learn more.
