Responsibilities include:\n \nConduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential issues, and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.\nAssist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.\nReview assigned work orders, estimate required time and materials, and track completion using available systems.\nSupport energy management initiatives by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.\nInspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations and report any violations to Management.\nFollow established procedures to resolve routine technical issues and deliver work according to defined processes and standards.\n \nWho You Are\n \nWe believe you have:\n \nHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
