Welcome to make a difference.\nAbout the Position\nStuveryd is an HVB with ten places for boys and girls aged 7\u201312 years. We accept traumatized children with attachment issues and neuropsychiatric challenges. With 20 years of experience working with children, we offer a safe, welcoming, and predictable environment where the children's needs are always at the center.\nOur work is based on trauma-informed care, low-affective communication, and clear pedagogy. These approaches create stability, comprehensibility, and security in daily life \u2013 for both the children and staff.\nThe position includes treatment interventions through conversations, activities, structured daily routines, and basic care for the children in our facilities. You are responsible for building relationships with both the child and important people in their network.\nThe position also includes typical household and cleaning tasks that occur at a residential facility.\nQualifications\nAs a short-term substitute, it is desirable if you are trained as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue, but this is not required. It is a merit if you have university credits in CBT, MI, ACRA, neuropsychiatric disabilities, or pedagogy.\nYou ideally have experience working in care and\/or social work.
